For this project, I wanted to design a menu to be used for a possible “Palentine’s Day” campaign at Amis Trattoria.
Reflecting Amis’ name and concept of chic and contemporary Italian sharing plates for friends, marketing a special seasonal promotion for Valentine’s Day (specifically for groups of 3-4) would attract customers who want to celebrate, but may not have a partner, so they don’t feel left out.
The menu features a chic and minimalist design and color palette, following Amis’ art direction and photography. As I found that their regular menu had a lot of items, I wanted to amplify its relatability to consumers by adding llustrations and creating more space and hierarchy within this special menu. The organic lines, picture on the cover and, the illustrations, emphasize Amis’ attention to handcrafted food to share with good friends, as well as relate to the calligraphic logo.
