One of my most personal works, this series of illustrations is a visual essay that depicts what its like to have binge eating disorder. I think it’s often looked over as an ED and from personal experience, it’s an out-of-body experience that very much feels like a crime. You’re out of control and when you look back upon how much you’ve eaten, you feel bad. Hence, I wanted to portray this through self portraits with crime scene elements.
